EMS engineers have extensive experience with single and double-sided board assembly, flex-circuit and semi-rigid assembly, box builds, card cage assembly and conformal coatings and encapsulations.

SMT assembly is performed with sophisticated automatic placement equipment. Assemblies are inspected with computerized optical equipment, plus visually, ensuring accuracy for standard and fine-pitch devices.
